About me
Just a little about me
Name: Yolanda van Nieuwkoop
Occupation: web-developer, web-designer, fractal artist, with a passion for photography
I grew up in this world, went to primary school in the West indies and Netherlands, to highschool in Australie and the Netherlands, studied Tropical agriculture in Wageningen and left after bachelors to live in the middle east and travel the world. In 1983 I settled in the Netherlands, had 13 foster-children, studied information technology and worked as computer networking specialist in a non profit organisation for many years.
Since 2005 I make and sell Fractal artist pictures.
Married to Jann since 20 years.
Daughter Eugenie born in 1974.
Granddaughter Anouk born in 2008 and grandson Ruben born in 2009.
Lifelong occupation: esoterica
Esoterica is concerned with the hidden aspects of reality, that is, with the non-sensible aspects / the essence of all things.
In the cramped world of exoterics, the esoteric knowledge exist only in the imagination of the esoterics themselves and they try to stamp the word pseudo-scientist on the esoterics. I was amazed to read in the Wikipedia that even philosophy is not a real science according to these infantiles.
Fortunately, in 50 years time the current level of our empirical science will also be labelled pseudo-science.
My favourite science: quantum mechanics, which states that we can only determine probabilities and the uncertainty in determining a probability is linked to other uncertainties. If one is made smaller, then the other becomes larger.
This uncertainty arises not from the inaccuracy of used equipment, but is fundamental.
Cool!
